  • My Plate- a great, free (there are paid options which I am not currently using) provided by livestrong. There's a calorie tracker, an exercise tracker, a weight tracker, and lots of great articles. http://www.livestrong.com/myplate/
  • Exercise 4 Weight Loss- This site has lots of great info about calculating your weight watcher points. I am NOT a paying member of weight watchers, but someone who got ahold of the books, read the info & decided it sounded like a good idea! http://www.exercise4weightloss.com/index.html
  • Wii EA Active- a "video game" which is basically an exercise program. I currently have the original, and I believe there are two new versions. I really like this for a rainy day. There's a personal trainer who will guide you through the movements- but don't be fooled, it isn't easy! (for me anyway!) Even cooler, you can pick your own music, activities, etc, and earn trophies for exercising! You can do a 30 day program, or just plain work out. I love it!  http://www.ea.com/ea-sports-active-2
  • A good old-fashioned journal. I am currently using a Plan Ahead Jumbo Journal which I got at Wal-Mart. I like that it's got a page-marker and it's got perforated pages.
